Well, green is always healthy. This smoothie will energize you with omega-3 fatty acids and some essential minerals and vitamins in the morning. For this, you will be adding 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup spinach, obviously fresh, 1.5 cup avocado, 1 cup cashew milk, and 1 tbsp flaxseeds (ground), and that is all.
